Winfield Art Pottery Bowl

Winfield made art pottery in the 1930's. This 9" by 9" square and 2 1/4" high bowl is in good condition with no chips or cracks. The outside of the bowl is cobalt blue dripping over the edge onto a celedon inner glaze. The bowl is marked Winfield Pasadena and the number 307.

Nelson McCoy Vase

This McCoy art vase was made in the 1930's. It is an attractive soft green color with a raised leaves and berries decoration. The vase is 8" high and approximately 7 1/2 at the widest point. The vase has a flat under glaze chip on the inner rim which can be seen in the picture. It is not marked.

Royal Copley Ivy Planter

Royal Copley pottery was made by the Spaulding China Company from1942 to 1957. This 7 ¼"long, 3" wide and 4" high footed planter is in good shape with no chips or cracks. There is a light crazing over all.

Niloak Vase

Niloak pottery operated from the 1920's into the 1940's. This 5 3/4" high vase is in good shape. It does have a very small under glaze chip on the rim. The Niloak mark is on the bottom and a sticker is on the side.

This vase displays a doe and fawn on the front . The vase is 6 1/4" high, 5 1/2" long and 3" deep. The vase is in good condition with no chips or cracks although it has an attractive crazing over-all.

Western Stoneware Chain Link Pattern Casserole

Western Stoneware Company used this opaque thick blue glaze on many of their kitchen items. The casserole also has the interesting chain link pattern. The glaze on the casserole has pin prick flaws - not unusual for this glaze. There is also a small nick in the glaze on the top and it has been baked in as can be seen by the rich brown color on the edge. The only mark is a faint USA under the bottom glaze. It is 9' in diameter and 3 5/8" high to the rim or 6 1/2" high to the top of the lid.

Roseville Wincraft Candle Holder

This is the 1940's Wincraft candle holder in a deep ruby color and yellow with a transparent green over all. Very attractive and in fine condition. The candle holder is 5 7/8" long and 2" tall. It has the Roseville mark and the number 252 on the base.

Royal Haeger Bowl

This low vase or bowl is a striking turquoise against white. The footed vase is 3" high and 8" in diameter and in very good condition with no chips or cracks. It has the Royal Haeger mark on the bottom and a sticker on the inside of the scalloped bowl.

Stangl Terra Rose Vase

When the Fulper Pottery Company was purchased by Martin Stangl in the late 1920's the name and mark was changed to Stangl and used until 1970. The Terra Rose Pattern was made in the 1940's and 1950's. This vase is 6" high and in good condition with no chips or cracks.

Tea Leaf Lustre Ironstone Platter

Tea Leaf:Antique In remarkable shape, this old Ironstone platter dates from the late 1890's to around 1907. The platter is 16" long and 11 1/2" wide. The platter has a few tiny chips or separations in the glaze on the edges. There is also a very faint amount of crazing on one side but very little scratching. A great addition to a Tea Leaf collection.

Stetson Pottery This set of four plates was hand painted at the Stetson China Company. The Stetson company existed from the 1950's to the late 1960's and like the Southern Potteries most of their wares were hand painted. The C.C.Thompson Pottery Company was an American Company in East Liverpool, Ohio. The mark on this commode is from the 1890 to 1910 period. The commode is 7 7/8" in diameter and 4 3/4" high and in good condition. It would make a great decorator piece with a plant or flowers.

Carlton Ware Mug

This Carlton Ware mug is just thing for a cynical relative. The mug is 3 3/4" tall and in good condition. There is a chip on the underside of the bottom that can only faintly be seen from the back. The front shows two men with a bottle between and the saying " We are given our Relations. Thank God we can choose our Friends. . This is Frankoma's handy pot for beans or soup or whatever. Very useful to have for a party. The 8 1/4" wide by 3 1/4" tall base is a candle warmer.
