Farm Store Wooden Horse Sign

This old sign was s originally in the window of a Nebraska farm store. It was bought it in an antique shop 20 or so years ago. It would be a highlight of any country decor.There is a picture hanger on it so it could hang it on the wall. The wooden sign is 24" long and 24" high. It is nicely worn in spots.

Sandre Romantic Lithograph

This is a romantic old fashioned lithograph is of a young couple strolling in the country. The frame is 10 3/4" by 8 3/4" and the picture is 4 1/2" by 6 1/2" The matt is a cream color with narrow very light tan stripes weaving through it. The picture is in good shape.

Stereoscopic Card of Old Farm Thrasher

This is a home made stereoscopic card of a family sitting on a old farm thrasher. The card is dated 1904. The card is 7" by 4 1/2" and the pictures are 3" by 4 1/2". I have used the sharpen and contrast features to show the picture more clearly.

German Tin Type of The Reichstagsgebaude building Antiques

This is an interesting old tin type of the majestic German Reichstagsgebaude building. The tin type has Berlin, Reichstagsgebaude printed on it. The Reichstagsgebaude was built from1884 to 1894 and was nearly destroyed during WW1. Rebuilt it now houses the German parliament. The tinted 10' wide and 8 1/4" high tin type is in good shape. The attractive metal frame with curved glass has a small area of silver solder at the bottom edge.

Fashion Picture

Paintings, Prints: Victorian: Fashion: Vintage This is a fashion style picture in an old gold frame that is titled Watching the Yacht. Under the picture it says Les Modes Parisiennes, Peterson's Magazine July 1880. The picture has a charming victorian feel perhaps because of, not in spite of, the yellowing of the paper and the few small tears at the sides. There is also a middle fold line. The picture is 12" by 10" and behind glass.
