Pattern Glass Berry Bowl Set

This early 1900's pattern glass set was used for everything from fruit to pudding. The attractive old glass set has bubbles and a few mold lines but no cracks or noticeable scratches. There is one small chip on one of the small bowls. The set consists of the 10" in diameter and 3 1/2" high large bowl and six 5" in diameter and 1 1/2" high small bowls. Agreat way to add a little history to your table.

Imperial made their pattern glass or, as they called it, NuCut glass from 1914 to 1937. This 6 1/8" high and 3 1/2" in diameter celery vase is a fine example of NuCut and has no chips or cracks.

Pattern Glass Balky Mule Tray

The Bellaire Glass Company made this pattern glass tray in the 1890's. The pattern is taken from a Currier and Ives print of a wagon full of people stuck on the railroad tracks where a stubborn mule has stopped. The train of course is bearing down on them. The heavy glass 12" in diameter tray is in remarkably good shape for it's age. There is one chip on the edge and a few light scratches.

Chain and Shield Platter: Portland Glass

An ornate design the chain and shield pattern was made by the Portland Glass Company in the 1870's. This platter or bread tray is 12" long and 8 5/8" wide. The platter is in good shape with only a tiny nick on the rim.

Victorian Pickle Castor

The Victorians were big on family dinners with all the fancy table ware. This Silver plate Victorian pickle castor is 10 1/4" high to the top of the handle and 6 3/4" high to the top of the lid. It is in nice shape with no chips or cracks. The handle has no silver left but the rest of the silver is in fairly good condition. There are no marks on the castor and no tongs

Imperial Glass Pattern No. 671 (Amelia or Star Medallion) Pitcher

Imperial Glass made this pattern in the 1920's. Their name for the pattern was No. 671 but it is also called Amelia and Star Medallion. The little milk pitcher is 5 1/4" high and 4 " in diameter. In good shape the pitcher has no cracks an only a very tiny nick on the inside of the pitcher. It is an interesting piece of early 20th century glass.

This little footed crystal bowl depicts a butterfly among the flowers. The bowl is 7 " wide and 2 " high. In good shape with no cracks or scratches. It does have a tiny rough spot on one of the points - more to be felt then seen. Would look great on a side table with a mints or nuts.

Manhattan Pattern Glass Plate

The Manhattan Pattern was first made by the United States Glass Co. around 1902. In the 1950's both Tiffin and Anchor Hocking Glass Co.'s made the Manhattan Pattern again. I believe this plate was made by Tiffin since the quality of the glass is very good. The plate is 10 1/2" in diameter and in good condition with no chips or cracks. There are a few light scratches and most of the gold is worn.

Pattern Glass Set of Four Wild Flower Glasses

This is a set of four pattern glass wine stems. This pattern, No. 140, was called wild flower and was made by Adams & Co. in the 1870's. The wines are in good shape with no chips or cracks. I have darkened one of the pictures to make the pattern stand out. This would be a great addition to a pattern glass collection.

Bulls Eye & Fan Berry Bowl Set

This great set needs a family to pass it down as a beloved heirloom. It really is quite stunning. The pattern is called both Bulls Eye and Fan or, by some, Daisies in Oval Panels. The pattern was made by United States Glass Co. from around 1904 to 1920. The large berry bowl is 3 3/4" high and 8 1/4" in diameter. The six small bowls are 1 1/2" high and 4 1/4" in diameter. The red bulls eyes are red glass, not flashed red, and slightly indented. The clear glass has a faint blue tinge that is very pretty. There is some wear on the gilt and a few scratches but over all it is in quite nice shape. No chip or cracks.
