Avon Bicentennial Wine Stem

This cobalt blue wine stem matches Avon's 1976 bicentennial Goblet made by Fostoria. It doesn't have the medallions but the pattern is the same. The 6" high and 2 5/8" in diameter stem is in good condition with no chips or cracks.
