Grammy wants
you to be satisfied with anything you buy from Grammytique.com. So...
-If the Item arrives and it is not as represented in our description of that
item, simply return the item within five days of arrival. We'll pay
all RETURN shipping costs and refund you the full purchase price (and any
taxes if paid).
-If you just change your mind, find less coinage in your purse than
you thought was there, or whatever, you can still return the item within five
days of receipt. We'll refund to you the full purchase price (and any
taxes if paid). In this case, however, we feel compelled to remind you that
it was your decision to buy the thing, so we won't be paying for the original
or return shipping costs.
-All items must be received in the same condition as when they were sent,
and we reserve the right to reject, at our sole discretion, any return where
the item has been damaged, altered or is not the original item!
-All refunds will be made by Grammy's check (StoneWood Merchandise)
and will be sent by regular mail to the address specified in the original
order.
