These opera glasses have some very intricate repousse work all over the main body The glass is marked 3x and Made in Occupied Japan and C.M.C The glasses raise from 2 3/4" to 3 1/4" and the middle wheel works fine. There is a scratch on one lens that doesn't seem to effect the sight. They are a silver colored metal. Very pretty to display .
